Digital lines when uploading flash through Dreamweaver

This is the problem :
Compressed video from FCP to a .flv and preview it with "Sorensonflvplayer" and it looks fine. Then, in Dreamweaver when adding it to the site, when I preview it (or view the published page) there are two or three of these tiny little vertical and horizontal lines that ever so slightly distort the image. You especially see it when there's a logo with a hard edge that gets jagged in just that one place where the line intersects. The lines are invisible, they just skew the image below them... I thought it might be something to do with the "pixel aspect ratio" but the video is 320x180 and I have Dreamweaver auto detect the size.

They suggested using FlowPlayer as a flash player.
